Grimsby Community Energy Ltd. has 50 Members who have invested their money in community shares in our Society, and made everything happen.    

Our Society Rules describe how we operate, but in brief our Members have the right to:

have their say at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) where every Member has one vote
stand for election to the Board 
be consulted on our future plans
receive a proportionate annual interest payment on capital (projected as 4%)
return of their capital invested through the project lifetime (capital at risk)
